Bid as you normally would accounting for the additional expenses of travel, lodging, food and other "stuff" you will need while being on TDY.

Also keep in mind that even though FEMA is fairly loose in terms of pricing, if they find you have padded anything, they tend to get uglier than a mother-in-law the morning after.

I heard people talking in my area. For trimming damaged trees for the city, companies get $75 - $150. Depending on the tree size and damage.
