What was the point of this thread? There is really no new info here, the word that these were coming has been out for awhile.
What was the point of posting twice? (An do you really look like Walter Brennan?)

Two different models if you look close.
AND its a combi tool.. :msp_tongue:
So Magne, can you explain these differences? None of them are clones per say, but there all a lot alike.
Can you tell us more about these, new macs? Where are they produced? Where are they going to be sold? Are there going to be a string of new franchised MAC dealers springing up?

Woooow .......
The point of this thread was that perhaps someone in a chainsaw forum is interested in the new line of McCulloch saws, even if they are only homeowner-saws, and even if the word that these were coming has been out for awhile.
And around here the new McCulloch line is sold by the hardware store that earlier sold Partner, but just started to show up in the stores.
Maybe there is new info for some, for others maybe not, more info can anyone interested find on Chainsaws | McCulloch Petrol & Electric Chain Saws.
Yeah, well, the Germans like David Hasselhoff. Even when he sings.

The point of this thread is that you can now go out a buy a new McCulloch(to set alongside your old ones)-and that has to be a good thing-regardless of what it may be underneath.
I think I'd be more interested if McCulloch would re-introduce the PM700..
My question is where are they made?
The electric models are imported from China and the gas units are made in Nashville, Arkansas.
