I use a tach and set the H close to 14000 rpm on wot(wide open throttle). The L may need to be tweaked also, you want the saw to idle without spining the chain and rev good at the same time. Use small turns and give the saw time to compensate for the adjustment, rev it a few time and make sure it goes back to a good idle. If H is set too lean, you could toast the top end. I like to use the tach after hearing the 4 stroke burble to make sure.
