I seldom mix more than 2 gals at a time, sometimes only 1, but I have a problem paying $25 a quart for oil in the little bottles. I measure 3 oz/gal, some where between 40 and 50:1

Last oil I bought:

$18 a gallon, 42 gallons worth. Probably last me a year or maybe more.

same here but only in metric 200ml to 10L or less
 
oil ratio

depends on if i am frying or baking , mostly prefer extra virgin olive oil at roughly 100 to 1 though sometimes 50 to 1 if its a bit colder , salads vary again and leftovers in a good bubble and squeak really require butter .:cheers::cheers:
