Question about Pines in KS

They all seem to be dying!!! Is this due to the pine beetle or is there a new disease going around? I have a lot of people asking me what it is and what to do and can thier tree be saved? I have no idea!! It seems that as soon as one is sick, the other follow suit very rapidly and they are dead in a matter of weeks!!!
I did do a search, but found nothing substanial, Thanks guys,
