Yeahhh Arrrrrrr!!! Indeed!!!! it is a 1986 vintage saw
The chainbrake is two piece,,,, part in the clutch cover,,,, and part on the bottom of the flag mechanism.... the cover part has a a plastic hook on the bottom of the sping that engages it and that holds the brake band open anyways that piece is busted it supposed to keep the brake off when not needed and also makes it possible to install and remve the clutch cove on the outboaed clutch drum,,,, Arghhhhhh,,, it may be tough to find one,,, gonna PM my old buddy Steve (AKA 04ultra) he has bailed me out on a few old Sachs-DOLMAR hard to find parts before will post up some more pics tomorrow when I get up with Will Parris tha Tree Freak and see about getting the clutch off to change the rim sprocket out!!!!!!
Any body know what it came with on chainsize??? .325 or 3/8lo pro???? I figure a 18" 0r 20" bar will work????
Yeah it did fire on the second pull cold,,, then I started it about 5 more times after I cleaned it up and it started on the first pull everytime!!!!!
