Got around to going out there and wacking on a couple of those rounds this afternoon. That oak is SOLID and VERY wet. No luck splitting them right now. Guess I'll have to let them dry out some before spliting them or start quartering them with the 394.

That oak will split easy once it drys a bit and starts checking.
