Some help with a 070

A friend of mine bought an 070 in good condition. We saw some things that surprise us because other 070's looks different
There is a bolt in the crankcase probably to lock the crank, the carb adjustments are facing back and the throttle lock is not plastic. Acceleration trigger is white.
Can be of the early 070 produced?
The serial number is 8391173

The black wrap on the handle looks wrong. It should have ribbing on it. The coil wire should be a light grey. There should be a bracket that goes from the top bolt on the inner dog to the handle bar.

It looks legit, but it's hard to tell anymore.
