This situation is similar to one I'm in now with an 041av, the inner circumphrance of the case and fan housing is beat up like a small object was being kicked around by the spinning flywheel for a period of time. I allso found 2 of the 3 bolt flanges on the finned part chipped away and a sheared key on crankshaft. It would appear as if the loose object eventually got hung in the fly wheel and stalled it out. Someone had already attempted a repair so i guess I'll never know for sure what happend. Jimmy
