I got the same splitter and it says Speeco on it. Well built the oil tank looks to be made of 3/16' to 1/4' steel and has a addional steel plate welded on top of the I-beam. Bought mine at a garage sale with a bad Briggs + Stratton motor for $175.00 . Friend of mine gave me his 1 year old pressure washer the froze and cracked but had a Honda GC 160 motor that I used. Good running splitter I brought it to my cabin and use it up north.

I also have one my Dad bought around 79 or 80 replaced the motor an most of the hoses still works and built like a tank.
