I thought the 6100 was a different chassis and could not be "big bored". The 6400 was the smallest one that had that option.the 7900 top end fits on the 6100 $200 new from @fordf150 also @weedeaterman sells a 54cc kit that makes it close to 85cc aftermarket :

This...3 sets of data sheets arent gonna tell u much on a saw that r all close together. Best thing to do is put all 3 in hand and see what cutting attitude and handling each saw has

All depends on what u r lookin for in a saw. Are u porting the saw?I have read that the Stihl has more useable torque than the Husky. Making it more user friendly?

People jump on and off bandwagons pretty quickly around here. If you say something enough times it becomes true, even if it's not.That very interesting. Its usually the other way round
