3 sets of data sheets arent gonna tell u much on a saw that r all close together. Best thing to do is put all 3 in hand and see what cutting attitude and handling each saw has

562xp handles very well and is pretty awesome if ported right

the 7900 top end fits on the 6100 $200 new from @fordf150 also @weedeaterman sells a 54cc kit that makes it close to 85cc aftermarket :

Besides the paper numbers each saw in each person's hand, along with a relationship with a good dealer can matter.

Honestly I dont think u would go wrong with any of the 3. 562xp would be my pick for all around performance but for price the 6100 would be my pick but shes alil wide for my liking

Shr is a fatty. But i get the feeling it would be easy to port and modify

The 362 got a beat down from a select group of people, for no good reason. IMHO the best 60cc saw out there is likely the ms362, I even preferre it over the 361, never cared for that model.
