Haha, I'm good, unless you want to an 064 to the trade. I bought your 488 and the 125 from the same guy locally. He collects saws and works as an OPE mechanic.
Got an 034 I'm ready to get rid of. Just a great example of an older solid running stihl. 16" bar, 3 chains total, PDF'd owners manual.

I saw a brand new poulan 3400 (never started) missing bar and starter cover. Didn't ask what they wanted they've been partin it out for years. They also have a well used one in the back. any interest?

I have some top covers and a few other 262 parts. What are you looking for?
Looking through the CL ads for Akron,O and saw two 262's listed.

Ha, make that 1 262 now.
Snagged it for 225. Got a starter cover thrown in too. Runs strong, looks nasty. A top cover would be a nice part to have. This one has melted edges near the muffler.J.Walker

You're probably on the right track With J.Walker. All of the plastic I have is probably worse than yours. I have some pretty good hard parts, but I'm not letting go of any 262 jugs yet.
I'm willing to listen to more. Whats the whole story?

Im interested too, though Id never step on anyone on a deal here. Always wanted to try out a 3400, but Im most interested in the story!
Anyone got a 066/MS660 parts saw they'd want to part with? I've got a couple new Big Bore prototypes I'd like to run in a stock configuration.
Even a bare crankcase would let me bolt them up for inspection purposes. I've got a good crankshaft and bearings.
