Ask him about CUTTY Technology Jason, every other bloke seems to have one except guys like me who need all the help we can get.

chine in any time Matt .........

You're still sounding butt hurt Neil. I thought you said you'd seen a psychiatrist about this and the prescription medication had calmed you down?
Quite simply you were not skilled enough to handle such an advancement in race chain technology at the time and your constant whining isn't helping your chances either.

Sorry to hear about the fires. CBC here in Canada says it's the worst since 83.
Must be frightening.

At this stage it is "potentially" bad but still hasn't done as much damage as it could have. I'm nowhere near the fires but I cringe when I see where some of these homes are being built. The old "I love nature" mentality without realising that nature doesn't love you and sometimes wants to kill you :)

Drove through Adelaide hills last weekend and was thinking exactly that. Unfortunately some people have to learn the hard way... sadly

Maybe we need to exchange circumstances. Its 35 below Celsius here and 8" of snow.
We need your fires to burn at least 160,000 sq. kilometres of beetle kill that will never see a saw.

I wonder what the population density of Australia compares to the Yukon? If I'm correct the Yukon has 1 person per 10 sq. kilometres.View attachment 391796

Including cities we have way more people than that. We average 2.69 per km2.
Excluding the cities though I reckon we might beat you :)

Gyppo, If you were talking the density of people there are some pretty dense people in Australia :dumb:

Hey Vince, just read through the The Chitty Avatar MS661 Donate To Win; damn you were close !!

*Has anyone got a dremel 4000 kit ? Are they worth the coin or is a cheap version for about $50 just as handy? Was looking at this http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/121472265964?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Con: $200
Pro: I really like the added flexi attachment for getting into confined areas and it comes with a truck load of extras.

I need to stay away from FleaBay or get a 2nd job :badpc:

too many southern comforts last night....aggghhhh and back to work tomorrow. Though dinner was good, especially being seated next to 12, 20 year old girls all glamors. And then taking $300 from the casino paid for the night.

head is a little off centre though.
And did you get lucky ?

Ha !

Nooooooooo.

A, im 40 they were early 20s and pretty damn good looking. Maybe if i was sporting a Rolex, a fist full of coke and a coloured sleeve I might have been a chance.

B, was never any good at picking up in clubs and bars......how ever i have suprised a few at the beach, camping, shopping centers and parks.

They weren't here in 83. Some **** you just don't forget. I was just a pup at the time, and I was made to stay inside and listen to the radio and keep my parents up to date.
It was a day of listening to horror stories without break.

Still remember when they sent city coppers into the hills to tell people to evacuate. A young lad in uniform came to tell us to leave, and in the end dad convinced him we would leave straight after him...... We were supposed to leave 30 acres of irrigated pasture to go to the local oval. There are a lot more smarts this time around. The aerial support is amazing. And the roadblocks went in place nice and early.

All we are missing is a flock of D9s. There is barely a decent dozer left in the hills. And nobody who knows what a stick rake looks like. Even forestry only have a little d4 sized case with a snow plow setup. There is NO chance of making the sort of firebreaks needed.
