Does your climber let sawdust and grit get behind the air filter when he cleans it? It's easy to get crap in there if your not careful, and that will definitly score the piston. MS200t's are great saws that are built for hard use, being a really FAST climber will not degrade`the life a saw, pulling the airfilter off when 'field cleaning' it and letting a bunch of junk fall in there will though. Could that have been happening?
