Was taking the bars off my AV's ready to swap saw's around for a job tomorrow and thought I post a couple of pics, the G was sitting out in the jeep ready to go !
I will post pics of them in action and if I get a chance I think it's about time the Contra S had some fun.

Yes the 084 and 051 were a little shy!! and yes it's a harvester bar .404 .080.guage
I was given it new and after opening up the bar slot and re drilling the oil hole Iam giving it a go on the 051

A very nice lineup you have there Dave - the 090AV saws seem to be the ones which there are fewer of about the place. Those saws of yours are in terrific condition, and would look great in any collection.

Regards,

Chris.

What kind of and sizes of bars you running on the 90?

I just took my 36" off and put a 41" on and going with the 36" on my 880. I have a 60" for the 90 as well. I find I have to drill my 880 bars to move out the adj screw hole to switch over the 880 bars.

Great saws, what vintage is that contra with the chain break?

I bought my 90 in '79 new.

Dave, you have 1 too many late model 090AV's.
PM sent with my addy.

Nice line up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Those harvester bars are nearly indestructible!
The 16H run regular .404 .063 gauge chain but the 18's need the .080 gauge.
AND THEY WAY A TON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
