All i see is the clutch spinning to tighten before its even on the crank

Got it! The clutch is turning the wrong way for install.

It shows the clutch spinning clockwise to tighten. Should be anti-clockwise--- lefty tighty, righty loooosy, (like your seester)

Cool vid tho, makes you realize just how many parts go into a pro saw.

Yes it did. It's neat, but I can't imagine putting the time into doing that, other than for doing the actual design of the saw.
