Currently the water heater uses the chimney by itself. So if I put in a add-on wood furnace I may not use the same chimney for wood and the propane water heater together....correct? Why is that?
So I will need to get a power vent water heater or consider a tankless model. Anyone have a tankless model water heater? I hear the tankless models are more efficient, (not sure how much more) but more cost initially. Does the increased effciency out weigh the cost difference?
