Still don't know how they're selling a $30-60 chain, with free shipping, for under $10. I'd be concerned. I'm like 50% sure you can't even ship that chain for $6.

The Chinese also get better shipping rates than we do. I buy from China all the time professionally, and frequently have them ship on their freight account and bill us, because it can be half the cost of shipping on our own account. We pay duties and tariffs, either way.
