Found this link from search engine.... The web site is NOT in english but the PDF files that you can download are. Seareched here for a IPL/SPL thread and did not see one so here is the link.

Get them quick while they last, I think this thread will get pulled fast. All these files are the Intellectual property of Stihl and not for the general public to view/have.

I downloaded the MS170 manual, but it wasn't in English.

I found them on another forum, and it was over a year old, so Stihl hasn't found the site yet.... but yes it could get pulled at any time.

Look again, English is the middle column. THere is the PN, and 3 columns with the name. English is the middle one.

What about the mediacat thing, has that died totally?

I clicked on the link the other guys put up, and couldn't download squat.....

I started the thread for the members here....

That whole intellectual property deal is curious to me. I use that site and have for some time. I call my Stihl dealer probably once a week and order parts from him by part number saving him the exercise.

How does it hurt Stihl ???
