i was at the stock yard auction on saturday and thay were all most giving a way truck loads oif nice pcs and split hard woods
the one i saw thay sold for 5 .00 to 7.00 per load
and the pine log sold for 1.00 per load

it usual sell for cheep
last time i saw split hard woods truck loads selling for 5 to 7.00
pine 1.00 load

The folks that spent the time splitting the wood and hauling it in there had to be sick to see it sell that cheap. Around here there are a few livestock auction places that sell small square bales of hay and straw never firewood.
