Bought a New River splitter. Didn't last 5 face cords before the hydraulics broke and the main welds broke. The company will not help me out. Disabled veteran needed wood for Michigan winter !

We have called, sent pics, wrote letters. Nothing but promises of better parts down the road ! Machine is not commercial grade or even residential part time use. We have made a dozen repairs, still not safe to use !

    Last bit in that sticky

"FYI----New River Firewood is not associated with New River Equipment in ANY fashion."

The OP is talking about equipment, not bulk firewood

    Welcome new member!
    Couple questions...
    Where in Michigan are you?
You have a TW-5, and you have replaced it with a New River Equipment (?) splitter?
Are you asking for split wood, or help splitting wood?

Do you have some pics of the damage?

Thanks for your service, but we'll help you if we can regardless if you are a vet or not. Throwing that in your first post brings to mind all the bums with cardboards signs begging for money to buy booze.
