This is surprising to me after this fire season. They are filing for bankruptcy but the operation will continue without interruption. Seems, I don't know, maybe a little shady. Is there a helicopter mafia?
A helicopter mafia? Probably. The outfit is owned and run by bean counters now.They're just making the noises that their creditors want to hear. Suits doing suits stuff I guess.

The Evergreen acquisition didn't exactly help them either. Once you get passionate founders out of a company it rarely turns out well.
