The 5 gallon bucket and lid works well to seal up anything really. The make a 6 gallon bucket that will take the same lid if you need the longer length. Go to any donut shop or supermarket bakery, they usually give away the frosting buckets. The ones I get come in 3.5, 4.25, and 5 gallons. Lids have a good rubber seal. Free and safe.
