Hello all, I have a 2009 576xpat that I ordered a new OEM carb for and was wanting to know if the carb needs to be programmed before use, or can you use it out of the box. The new carb is installed on the saw but while cutting lacks power and rpm in the cut and blubbers in the cut also. The saw just seems unable to reach rpm and seems to be loading up. This carb has the idle screw, and idles fine. Here is some part #'s: 581279701 (carb C1M-EL40H) Thanks
