Cold weather inlet...lets hot air into the carb area

I will say that I've run my saws in very cold temps without changing that shutter and never had any carb icing or trouble of any kind. Definitely can open it for cold temps.....if you do, just remember to close it and not bring warmer air from around the cylinder once it gets hot outside.
