Want to Buy poulan 3400 countervibe starter pulley

Trying to fix my father in laws saw. Going through the whole thing. Starter pulley is plastic, broken teeth. No one makes this part aftermarket anymore it seems, so looking for one here. None on ebay right now either. LMK

Plastic goes bad. If you find a used one it will be brittle from being 20+ years old. Do your FIL a favor and buy a new saw for him. Drop start + plastic = broken

Look for a good used craftsman 3.4 or 3.7 recoil starter and take the pulley out of it. They sold the same saw as a craftsman

There's 4000 countervibe on the marketplace in Mauston WI. Not sure the compatibility though or if you'd want to drive a couple hours for it.
