lol I'll bite on this one. I was looking to see what everyone likes for their tie in options

I have recently started using a homemade friction saver (2 rings and a spare length of rope)
I tie the end at the length I need to go around the pole, and run my climbing line through the rings, Ddrt.

I used to double wrap my line to cinch the pole, it works fine but I found it rather uncomfortable. The friction saver is now my preference for spar tie in.

I know of a few different options that work with ddrt, but I would like to know some of everyone's favorite methods to tie off.
