My old Sthil 024 would not choke to start nor fast idle to warm up. The spring was bent and I broke it trying to adjust. Was thinking I'd need to make one. Looked on line but today found a Sthil dealer near my house with a good attitude. He also had the part on hand. 5 bucks and change and I got two of them
By the time I'd paid shipping on line they would have cost more than I paid at the Dealer.
My Sthil 024AV is a very old saw (20+ years?) yet, in 15 minutes I had my parts in hand. Fixed my saw and cut wood. That's awesome.
