How cold is it where your at?

Its -25 F here this morning with no wind Going to bring the 371 and 5100 in the house and get them cleaned and sharpened for next weeked.

We're at 0 right now. Yesterday morning we had -10f. Glad it warmed up, I have work to do outside that I put off till today plus I want to go for a snowmobile ride.

I hate going to friends or families homes that heat with electricity or gas. They feel comfy at 58*...... not me I don't mind working in it but I like to rest at 74*. After all it does grow on trees!

You got that right,the dog doesn't even want to go out.I got up about 4:30AM and put a few more in the stove.I have had the stove cranked up all the way all weekend.I am trying to make it through another winter without the furnance going on

I've got -22 just now on the thermometer. As my old man used to say, cold enough to freeze the brass tots off a witch.

5 degrees last nights low,12 degrees right now, 74 in the house and rising, just loaded the 1557 @ 8:30 and its generating serious btu"s, love to watch the oil delivery truck pass by my driveway and not stop!!!!!!!!

6F here. I got 12 hours out of the last load of wood in my OWB. 72F in the house all night.

3 degrees here. Been around that for quite a while. Another 3 inches of snow last night also (should be out scooping, lol). We won't get above 10 degrees for the next 7 days at least so the 12-18 inches with more on the way will be around for a while. We dug some wood out of the snow and put it in the basement to dry and warm up with 2 fans on it in the wood furnace room. It feels like an iceburg to stand next to the wall of frozen wood.

I hate the snow sticking around. My splitter and trailer are in a drift in the backyard. My camper is snowed in in the driveway blocking the garage door so I can't even get my 4 wheeler out. I want to get out and cut to start working off this 7 pounds I gained over the holidays, guess I could scoop snow instead.:censored:

The plus side is, I believe I got enough cut to last though the winter if it has to. I just have to dig it out. I stacked a bunch near the house thank God, because they buried my stacks in the alley when they opened that up. I have a large pile out in the country, in a drift, that I cut last winter also. At least the thieves can't get to it either.

Heat Wave!!!!!!

We are already up to +10 degrees! Supposed to have a high of 18 today! Not too bad considering what many of you endure! So I'm not complaining!!!!

It was -22 here this morning and the highs for the next week are in the single digits. Wish it would snow more.

My camper is snowed in in the driveway blocking the garage door so I can't even get my 4 wheeler out. I want to get out and cut to start working off this 7 pounds I gained over the holidays, guess I could scoop snow instead.:censored:

Well, I got the snowblower out and cleaned 20 inches of snow off of the yard and moved the camper so I could get the 4 wheeler out. Then promptly got stuck in the yard. 3 hours of work for 3 minutes of fun. Totally worth it.

If only I didn't live in town.

But the important question is how do you drink beer before it turns to beersicle? And if ya do drink it how do you relieve yourself cuz my junk ain't showing itself when it is that cold.

-3 last night, forcast for 0 in the AM. Highs to clear the teens one day this week, and 2" - 4" of snow on Thursday ....... and my SIL & family left for Florida for a week. Can you believe that ?!?!?!
