I am open to either weekend, so whatever you decide is fine for me.

I think I listed the saws I can bring, but if this gets moved to the 15th I can bring any JRed I have, well maybe. Parents are coming up for graduation on the 8th, they could bring a saw or 2 if someone really wants to see one in action. (Not saying the 15th is a better day than the 1st)

Looking forward to it!

Either weekend works for me, but the 15th would eliminate any conflict. Besides that, Lee will have a better line-up there and I'd love to go head to head with one of his Johnny's!

Pm me your address Groundie and whether or not you have the room or the desire to have my processor there. If the drive isn't more than 10-15 miles, the ole John Deere could do this.

ok, until tonight i hadnt read scotts post about his GTG. i had no idea how big a deal it was or that it was connected to his business. so the 15th it is! my appoligies, scott.

As of now, both weekends are fine with me. I'd like to get out to see Cuttin' Scott's set-up (and some big Dolmars, right?). Probably can get up to Maine a couple weeks later too.

I'm with PB, either weekend is fine with me. Hopefully this May will be a real May and not the pitiful rain soaked May of the last two yrs!! I expect we will be bringing a comprehensive assortment of older "pure" Jonsereds with occasional splashes of orange and gray and maybe some "not so pure Jonsered" as well!!

Which saws would you like me to bring? Right now I only have 2 630's, a P40, Farmsaw and a 2141.

I could bring just about any Jonny, just need to tell my parents which one.

Ya know.......I'm not sure. I should look over the saws and see what I plan to bring and go from there. I do have the Walkerized 394XP if you have something to run in that class. The 262XP is always pleasant to run too........

Don't have any modded saws, but I do have a 910 and 90 that are slow and loud. :)

Does anyone have a 361? I want to run a 630 next to a 361 just to see how it compares. Not really a time trial, but just a comparison. I have run both, and really think the 630 is the more capable saw.

As many as will fit in the truck bed!

I don't need to. I already know the 630 is King!!!!
Just kidding. I'll have to wait until the day is a little closer.
If I felt like doing a lot of driving, I could do Scott's on the 1st,
The Northeast Forestry Expo in Essex Jct on the 8th,
and head over to Maine on the 15th.
All three would be further than I've been from home in two years!:)

Nuts. I'd love to get over to Maine but I am in the furthest southwestern corner of Vermont, a half-mile west and I'd be a New Yorker. So, eight hours plus for me ain't gonna happen. Too bad, my 361 is running great, been putting hours on it, breaking it in, love to run it.

I'm also planning on attending Scott's GTG in Greenwich on the 1st (20 minutes from home) and the NEFX in Essex on the 8th (wife's birthday gift to me - allowing me out of the house for the weekend) so a third weekend of chainsaws might land me in the doghouse, not my own house.

Have fun and a few beers for those of us who can't be there.

My Badd

Im sorry for jumping this thread....... When I saw Peru I was thinking Vermont........... Which is a hour drive from here :monkey::monkey:
