Joey - You're just too lucky.

I had the PM800 out yesterday and all I had to aim the exhaust tones at were the offensive dogs next door. :hmm3grin2orange:

... next time I'll take the 10-10S!

Am I lucky because..... The tree didn't fall on me? I had help? Oh, I got it. The poison ivy growing on the big tree that we cut today.

My brother wanted his picture posted too.

Posing the mini like he cut this tree

Here he's showing us the next victim of the mini Mac. This tree is 74" on the same property. It's dead and someone had already cut the top out if it but couldn't take the trunk. I don't think they'll let us cut this one. It would take a while with my 38" bar.

That's some pretty good cutting for the mini. lol.:hmm3grin2orange:

20:1 for SP60

I was just a kid when my Pa ran our SP60, and I dragged limbs out of the way and pitched wood. So when doing some research on the old Mac in rehab, and reading the 20:1 fuel oil ratio I was somewhat skeptical. 1 gal/6.4 oz. of oil? Is this proper and correct for this saw?

Man that's nice...

They work for me....................................and are making me feel a bit ashamed of my messy 'work/saw storage' area...:msp_unsure:

Don't be ashamed, My shop is a disaster also.
And i'm sure Mark is a tad more fussy about
his shop than we are.

Nice machine Mark.
You mind if i ask where you got it and cost.

Marks shop always appears very sanitary. Mine has run quite amuck and seems to be getting worse.

I always find it disheartening to see none of you guys with big saws have any trophies.

What I mean is, there never seems to be any milled slabs for bench tops etc.

Why not put them big dudes to work? There are many helpful tips in the milling section, you have the saws, the frame is not much work, or can be bought pretty reasonable.

Try milling, I know you will like it. It's about the only thing you can do in most parts to really give the old girls a workout like they were made for.

Very nice shop Mark!

Hay Mark

I like your shop:msp_thumbup: but I don't think I could find anything (like tools) in their.;)

Now my shop is another story.

P.S. Glad to hear Jeff is getting better.

I've been in marks shop, it's clean enough to carpet the floor. I feel like i should wear a HAZMAT suit some days when I go in my shop.

Great looking machine mark. next time I'm up that way, I'll bring something to try out on it.

You should see his shop in person. You feel as though you should take your shoes off at the door:biggrinbounce2:

Let's try photo's of the Mill Drill again...

Jeff is still on the mend, the rest of the family is keeping busy trying to get his house back in order. Hopefully I will get back to the saws one day...

Mark

Looks good. Now you get to spend twice as much on tooling as the machine. If you need some advice on setups or whatnot, just ask. By the way, I got the filter a few days ago. Thanks! :msp_thumbup:

My work area is about like yours olddeadwood. Controlled chaos. Let anyone else in and they can't find a single thing but I know what pile contains what.

Hey guys,

Here's a preview of a little project Joey and I have been working on...

These have yet to be cut, and needed a re-sizing. The brushed aluminum effect is really nice, and very authentic.

Same here, a little too big. We decided to go with a yellow 'mountain' (rather than clear) in case there was paint loss or chips on the filter cover itself, under the decal. The white band is not part of the decal.

Here you can see the proofs, the Mountain tag needs about 3/8s of an inch lengthwise and a 1/16th in width added. The stock decal, seen underneath, is actually a little too big and wraps up the sides of the indent in the cover. This decal will correct that. These proofs are printed on plain white copy paper FYI.
