That's a tiny combustion chamber! What do you expect compression to be?
I might of whent overbord for the combustion chamber, i'm thinking that i'm going to play whit dofferent thickness of brass head gaskets

This looks like a perfect project for a set of those hybrid ceramic bearings and a . That piston in conjunction your head might push the compression way to high and the only fuel it would tolerate might be alcohol.

You'll want to maintain a proper squish clearance, so may have to alter the CC size if it's too high.I might of whent overbord for the combustion chamber, i'm thinking that i'm going to play whit dofferent thickness of brass head gaskets

We where just looking at the Dominant piston, looks great! But we where wondering what are the advantage of having coating on the piston and ceramic on the bearings?
Read the thread there's some good info on there. I'm thinking that piston and head will be WAY to much compression for gasoline but that's purely a guess on my behalf. I'll be watching this build. We where just looking at the Dominant

Like previously mentioned, ideally you want to keep the squish (distance between piston at TDC and head) optimal.I might of whent overbord for the combustion chamber, i'm thinking that i'm going to play whit dofferent thickness of brass head gaskets
There is a 5 deg taperI would target a squish of .020"-.025". Is your squishband tapered?
Excellent. I would guess that's more important the higher the compression is.There is a 5 deg taper
What about Klotz benol racing castor oilI would very strongly suggest 32:1 with a quality synthetic oil!
I yous to use super techniplate in my motocross, whit great results. I was told benol was even beter for hight reving motors.Klotz are makin good stuff,i use super techniplate
