I second that, as far as the snob wood part it's hard to tell if it's totally dead yet so maybe just sn wood .locust AKA snob wood.

I wouldn't be so sure about that James. A locust can look like that for may years and still have live branches off the stem that doesn't have any bark on it.A dead one
I've seen 48 plus, 3 or 4 in the same yard.Biggest I have seen was on that went at least 6' DBH. It was however a 3 stemmer but all were growed together. I have cut a few in the 30" range. Hard to tell the DBH from the pic with nothing much to size it by, guessing is over 30" and under 48"
