It looks like an ornamental Hybrid of the Cherry family.That don't look like cherry. Nice slabs though!
Maybe a type of maple? Looks like our sugar maple.
Edit: small branches do look like cherry bark. Our black cherry heartwood is deep red with, light distinct sapwood.

I’ve done cherry before and it did twist but I didn’t sticker it. I will sticker these. Doing that nowLooks nice but good luck getting it to dry flat. Some real crazy grain there.
