Yea , she’ll pull a day long and ask for more, some of the best cord wood saws by Husqvarna,
It’s fun to give my 266 to my buddy’s and watch their reaction, goes from 😮 to 🤩 pretty fast, and she’s only stock, I can imagine yours lol

So it was a no go on the orange brake flag conversion for the 266 🙃 the angle of the flag was a bit further back than the stock one and makes it too close to the full wrap 👎🏼
It will engage but won’t come far back enough to disengage, guess I never quite anticipated that one… might work on the 272 tho with the half wrap 🤷🏻‍♂️ too bad though cause it looked pretty wicked all orange!
And the hunt continues I suppose, I’m sure there’s one with an angle far enough forward that will function without hitting the handlebar

Stihl 025 completed. Fought me every inch of the way going back together, but started up in 6 pulls from a dry carb and runs perfect. AM clutch cover on it, it has metal inserts at the bolt holes where the stock one does not. Go figure.
Really are a pain to get together, fishing every thing though the bulkhead is frustrating. They do run nice though, worth the effort if you need a light saw with a bit of punch. In case you start working on one, several parts do not interchange with the ms250, the air director in the recoil assembly for instance. Best to get one complete, better chance to finish it as most AM parts are meant for the ms250.

going a bit on the slow side, like most things here other than H-H!! 🤩 did finally get my Echo CS 271T cleaned and back together. was ready to sharpen chain and cut some firewood, but decided i din't want to get it cruddy again w/o a tune up, too. so got in a tune up kit... and a new 050, 12" 3/8ths chain... then decided why not a new bar, too. and it came with a new chain, as well...

just need to get back to my workbench and bolt it all together... i really like the lil Echo! bit of a :chainsaw:
