Had a 94 Isuzu trooper,.6vd1 v6 engine in it. Every month it would take a quart of oil. Just tossed a filter on it every now and then. Dumb thing leaked oil as much as it burned it. One of my favorite vehicles, I'd take another if I came across it.
My BIL drove one until there was literally nothing left of the frame to support the chunks of 2x4 he was using for body mounts. He's a die hard Chevy man but he'd buy another Trooper tomorrow if you could find one here.

I can honestly say that I have never seen a Big Mac in person except at McDonalds. I have owned a Pro Mac 610 and a 650 20+ years ago. They both cut good but felt really loose due to the anti vibe system.
You have no clue , until you’ve run one , they didn’t call them king of the woods for nothing , 👍😆

Hondas burn oil wouldn't be a statement I took offense to as it's pretty normal on many of them. They have had a few engines that burned excess oil, oil with more detergents helped as it cleaned/cleared the holes in the pistons that let the oil drain back into the crankcase. I add oil to both my 98 odyssey and our Toyota Camry on a normal basis, but both I'd hop in and drive to California, but I'd check the oil first, on the way there, and on the way back lol.
One time I had a 76 chevy panel van that burned quite a bit of oil, I'd add a bit of a quart every time I filled it for good measure. I sold it to a guy who blew it up a few weeks after I sold it to him, then he was upset about it. When I sold it to him I was very clear about him needing to check the oil every time he filled it! He sold it to a junk yard before even telling me he had an issue with it, had he told me before he did that I would have taken it back and given him his cash back, it had a freshly rebuilt trans, all new exhaust, and no rust because I had just drove it up from FL. Those ole 250 I-6 are great engines, just liked to drink a little oil. Oh, a buddy of mine owned the junkyard it was sold to, I checked the dipstick, and the dipstick never put oil in it, nothing on it :dumb:.
We are on our 4th Honda product since 1987 and none of them were ever oil burners. The 1986 Accord was sold with 185k on it. The 1995 Accord was given to our daughter in 2002. She got it rear ended at a red light by an idiot that didn't scrape the ice on her windshield and pushed the Honda into another car. I guess we have just been really lucky with these Honda motors. The 2018 Accord my wife has now has just under 30k on it.

Today my Meteor piston arrives for my recent 254xp buy. Yesterday I decided to check the crank seals and glad that I did. The coil side seal was defective right from the factory. The rubber seal was not centered on the metal casing causing the seal to prematurely wear out. No wonder the piston got scored. I'm so glad that I decided to check those seals. Two new seals were put in yesterday. At first I thought a bad bearing had caused the seal wear. The bearings are fine.

Gotta love the liberal "news" and search pushers, only one result of this guy on the first page of results  .
You need a big beautiful Big Mac Jim lol.

Yep, many of them are loose, but they'll run forever if you keep them full of oil!
I've owned hundreds of Honda products, and there's only a few I wouldn't recommend to others if they fit their needs. Currently I think I have; a couple boat motors(2hp and 5hp iirc), 2 pressure washers(5.5 and 13hp), three EU2000is generators (one runner and two parts machines, left overs from when I was selling lots of them), a couple parts quads and an assortment of parts(also leftovers from when I was selling them), bunch of 50 and 70cc dirt bike leftovers too, a TRX90 and a TRX70(and extra parts for the 70), I think my newest to me wood splitter may have a Honda gs motor on it(the black one not the better GX that's red and horizontal, 2 Honda mowers(self propelled), 621 snow blower, small rototiller, and I think that's all, but I'd need to look to make sure . Only have the 1998 Honda odyssey minivan for cars currently, but I've owned a bunch of those(probably around 20) and a few road bikes as well.
I like Honda products a little :innocent: .

Picked up a homelite 330 for free today, recoil is busted, has 24" bar and full skip chain on it. It looks rough, but figured for free I'll put some time in it and see if it runs.
Those have something that frequently goes wrong… I’m thinking maybe the intake boot? Do a little search on here to see. It’s been years since I’ve looked at one of those, so I can’t remember exactly what it was.

I have a 2012 Chevy here that has had the oil changed every 5 to 15% and it now has 258,000 miles on it. It doesn't go down so we still don't have to add oil between changes, it gets synthetic oil every oil change.

SR
Those are pretty good motors… Usually good for 250-350k with decent maintenance.
