Well, I finally got my mitts on a Man-size saw.....A new 390XP.I don't need to tell this to you guys but the power is addictive!Only 2 tanks run through her as of now, but so far.....I'm impressed...can't wait 'till she's run-in;then come's the light mods and the real fun!I just hope my 357 doesn't start feeling like the red-headed stepchild.:biggrinbounce2: I'll post some action pics after the weekend.Man, I feel like a little kid at Xmas!

How true it is...I've been givin' the middle finger to the oilman for the last few years.I like to think of it like this:Every armload of wood that goes into my stove takes a spoonful of caviar outta the mouth of some oil baron!

Amen to that! :)

cut on keep up the good work!

I love paying the heating bill every month! hahaha Let us know how that 390xp is after she's broke in. I like the specs on that one but never ran one yet.

low-top?

WOW, a low-top 390. I never seen a 390 that was a low-top yet, but I guess if they make 385's in low tops they make 390 low tops too. I like my high-top husky's though. Once you get her broke in it'll be a runnin' SOB. That's for sure, my 385 is anyway. I also haven't run a 390xp yet but want to. It's a good saw, my dealer sells a lot of them.:greenchainsaw: :greenchainsaw:

Merry Christmas and we know with that great saw you will definately have a happy new year all year long.

Good lookin combo you have there! A friend of mine has the 390 I gave run this past weekend and it's definitely a great saw, I'm sure you'll be more than satisfied with it!:chainsawguy:

Nice saw. I've got 372, but it's the only Husky saw I have, so I think I need to get it a big brother 390....then maybe a little brother.

I bucked up a cord of birch then finished off by playin' around on this hemlock....she's runnin'-in real niiice.:)

man thats sweet. looks SOOOO smooth.

Thanks Wanab....The anti-vibe on the 390 is great....surprisingly it doesn't buzz any more than the 357.
