manufactured in 1995 on the 222nd day in that year type 2 2150 chainsaw
you say it dont want to start and has 150 psi compression and blue spark and getting fuel but still wont start correct ?
behind the carburetor is a carb adapter plate that goes between the carb and the cylinder now there is two screws that go into the cylinder from the carb side of that adapter what you need to do is take and make sure them screws are tight and not loose at all cause what it sounds like is that adapter plate may be loose or could have a air leak somewhere hair line crack in the adapter itself
i have seen this same scenerio many times in my area since that is all walmart sales is poulan 2150s mostly
but i all the time have them running in less than 5 minutes cause that is exactily the symptoms i hear when people tell me they did this and did that but it still dont run i take the carb off and tighten them screws down on that adapter and put the carb back on and start the saw and it stays running
see what happens is the vibration causes the screws to turn loose from the cylinder so therefore creating a gap to where it wont stay running

if the adapter is tight check the fuel filter in the tank make sure it is not plugged up
been working on poulans for at least 8 years under warranty
