I was reading the Owners manual and the service manual ,the owners says the carb adjustments should be 1 turn the service manual says
1 1/4 turns does it matter really ?

I also redid my compression tests on the 3 saws i got i took the small hose that screws in and replaced it with the small all steel adapter and the tester read 185 for 3 pulls i think that good , for all 3 saws !

amazing the difference with the right adapter !

Yes, it matters. That's the "Will Start" position and guaranteed to be slightly rich (safe). Tuning is done from there, but if it's more then 1/4>3/8 turn different from the base position, start looking for air leaks or other problems.

When tuned, most 032 like to to 1 1/8 turns out on L, and 1 on H.
