034 2 step shuffle contiues

Got the jug all sealed up . Pressure test and the thing holds 7 lbs easily. Vac fails. Is it always the seals causing this? Did not change them, yet. Any thoughts?

Not always but usually.
Pressure pushes lips against crank.
Vac pulls them away from crank.

I've got the seals. Just didn't want to tackle that fly wheel side. Really tiny area to work in. Gonna tackle it today. Thanks for the comments.

Did a 036 the other day just think gentle would be my advice

Did the clutch side yesterday. No problem and pressure/vac held. If it weren't for the fact I already pulled the fly wheel I'd leave the fly wheel side alone. It's open and clean might as well go for it. Later.

File some of the woodruff key that indexes the flywheel to allow it to be spun counterclockwise a few degrees. This advances the timing.
