Sort of. I used it to cut some dead oak that fell in my woods and it ran great. Today I had a 28” ash stump to lower. I should have put a 25” on it but I just grabbed the saw at 5:30 am as it was and left for work. Dug in just fine. I did a carb swap on it a few months ago and this put a good load on it and running it on its side can reveal problems too.
