The little screws in the gas tank vent line are called "grub screws".......Thanks guys.
Geeze, would it kill them to call a "bar stud" a "bar stud"?
Germans for youThanks guys.

A pic of the OEM, or homemade, clamp would be appreciated.Part number 4, the "clamp", is a small piece of nylon/plastic which holds the "adjusting screw" part number 2 down.
I made one for my neighbors 038AV.
He lost the "clamp" and it caused the "adjusting screw" part number 2 to bend so much it couldn't be turned more than 1/4 turn forth and back.
I don't know whether I took pictures of the custom made "clamp", I'll take a look.
YEPSo, that plastic chunk goes between the un-threaded part of the adjustment screw (where I am pointing in attached pic) and the oiler plate. Right?
Yes, I know they don't call it the "oiler plate."View attachment 924077
Thanks. I will probably make one. When I do, I will report back with a pic.$ 3-4 at a Stihl dealer or make one from a piece of hard plastic.
Hardware store might have plastic bushings with same I.D. as the adjuster? 5 or 6 mm ~1/4"? Hacksaw and a dremel to shape it.
That's funnyI googled bar studs..
