hello all, I have been reading threads for a few months. This is my frist. I have a 066 that I use for milling and I would like to get more power from it. Is there any thing I can do myself to improve chain speed and power? I'm one of those guys that likes to do stuff my self. Not to save money but for self satisfaction.I'm a perrty good auto tech (if that has any bering on chainsaws)not for living but part time.I wellcome all appinions and input. Thanks

keep reading old post theres lots on this subject. an easy one is to relieve back pressure on muffler later nfp:)

To improve chain speed you switch to an 8 tooth sprocket, but I thin that would be a mistake for milling. In milling you need torque and the 066 is already a high speed saw.
