084 1124 1308 coil with built in trigger?

I replaced the 084’s one leg CDIC (limited) ignition with the 1124 400 1308 coil (two leg coil with no electronic speed governor). I noticed all 084’s like Brad’s have a trigger above the coil. So does mine have the trigger built into the coil?

I'm not trying to steal this post, but i'm still unsure about the limited, non-limited coil setup. My 084 project has the coil setup as shown in the first pic with the external trigger above it. The coil #'s are 2204-222-114. Can anyone cipher that for me. Is it good or bad???
