150 tc carb adjustment

Finally got to use my new 150 tc today...cuts great. I did find that the throttle acceleration was poor. It almost wanted to die. Kinda like bogging down (and not in a cut). I had to play with the throttle to get it going and revving..once it got up there it was fine...looking at the manual shows a LA and L adjustment, with the H with a restriction, as does the saw...I didn't think the mtronic's had carb adjustments.
So give me opinions why it would be doing this and is it an adjustment with the L and LA screws that this can be corrected...
