2021 bandit 15xp with "dynamic" winch issues

Hey guys first post here! We have a 2021 bandit 15xp with "dynamic" winch system. The winch system is extremely resistant in freespool. The winch itself also seems weak in comparison of a much older model I've had experience with. We've had it in the shop with no results and I've done as much endless googling as I can stand.

The dynamic winches on the bandits always pull out hard (especially in cold temps). Sucks. It should be way more powerful than the old style though?

As an owner I’m much happier with the added safety of not being able to chip the rope.

Over the years we’ve moved to primarily machine feeding, this is one of the reasons (amongst many others). The winch is still sweet to have when you need it though, even if it takes a whipped mule to pull it out.
