272xp project

I've got a 272xp that I'm working on rebuilding. May be a stupid question, but does anyone know if a 288xp jug would fit this saw?

I'm afraid the 52mm 272 jug is the biggest one that will fit that series of saw.

The 272 is a great saw!....I'm just building one right now myself.:msp_thumbup:

I just got done doing one also. I had to do bearings and it got a piston and port work also. I have ran two tanks through it now and it seems strong.
