I have a friend that has 3 oaks on his property, one is 10' in circumference 1st limb's 30' up. second is 6' in circumference and 1st limb 50 ft up. 3rd tree slightly smaller than second. Seems a shame to cut them up as firewood.
I don't know anything about the logging industry but.. would a professional logger be interested in buying the trees? How would it work. I know its a long shot but what apx are they worth? Do you think a company would come out for just 3 trees? I would only want the tops for firewood.
