You are not mistaken, a 346xp only has 1 ring.

Strange I have a 346xp oe, and it only has I ring. What year is this one? Mine is 2004 model.

The early 346 was 45cc and does not have the primer bulb I don't know when they went to 50cc I know the 50cc top end will bolt on, but is not worth the cost to change it to 50cc if it runs good

Mine is 45cc right now, till my new kit comes in. I think 2007 or 2008 was first year of 50cc.

I've been messin with 346s' for a Long time and never seen one with 2 rings.

Cylinder looks a bit odd also, maybe after market?

It should have a 45 in blue on top of cylinder
