365 convert to 372

I have a 365 that is getting a bit tired - considering changing the jug and piston to create a 372 -

Anyone ever done this before? What else is involved?

You need the cylinder and piston / ring assy. plus boot, clamp and the flange and nuts assy. that the carb bolts and throttle linkage fits into. Carb diameter and all else is straight bolt up. Dont lie to people after and try to convince "em it it just a 365.

Crofter, we just buy 2171s and put 2165 labels on them and take them to the county fair. Makes for a pretty hot 65cc saw.
